- All services, including photography, videography, guided tours, and wedding dances, are eligible for a full refund if canceled up to 5 business days before the scheduled date.
- Cancellations made within 5 business days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
Additional Charges for Night Sessions:
- Any photoshoot or videography sessions scheduled during nighttime hours will incur an additional charge of 100 euros per hour. This is due to the unique challenges and equipment requirements associated with low-light conditions.
Studio Rental:
- We do not provide photo shooting studios as part of our standard services.
- If a customer wishes to have a photoshoot or videography session in a studio setting, we can arrange for studio rental at an additional cost of 50 euros per hour. This charge covers the expenses associated with hiring an external studio.

Note:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any cancellations or changes to their scheduled services within the stipulated timeframe.
