Refund and Returns Policy

At ParisRomance.com, we strive to ensure that our customers have a delightful experience with our services. Below is our refund policy:

1. Cancellation and Refunds
   • All services, including photography, videography, guided tours, and wedding dances, are eligible for a refund if canceled by sending a message on our whatsapp 5 days after purchase.
   • Any cancellation will incurs a 50 euros fees deducted from your payment. Processing fees and operational fees will not be refunded. The remaining less the 50 euros will be.
2. Additional Charges for Night Sessions:
   • Any photoshoot or videography sessions scheduled during nighttime hours will incur an additional charge of 100 euros per hour. This is due to the unique challenges and equipment requirements associated with low-light conditions.
3. Studio Rental:
   • We do not provide photo shooting studios as part of our standard services.
   • If a customer wishes to have a photoshoot or videography session in a studio setting, we can arrange for studio rental at an additional cost of 50 euros per hour. This charge covers the expenses associated with hiring an external studio.
4. Holiday fees
   • Surcharge of 50 euros for holiday fees (Christmas, New Year, etc)

Note:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any cancellations or changes to their scheduled services within the stipulated timeframe.
